Roger has an extensive real estate background selling new construction homes, condominiums, single family resale homes and commercial properties since 1993. Roger is consistently in the top ten of realtors for units sold within his office, RE/MAX Centre City Realty, as well as an M.L.S. award winner with his real estate board, the B.C. Northern Real Estate Association.
RE/MAX Centre City Realty leads all other Prince George realty offices, generating more than forty percent of the market share.
Roger has assembled a dynamic and professional sales team to fully service our clients' individual real estate needs. Roger directs the daily operations of this effective team, as well as the marketing and negotiating of transactions in the best interest of our clients.

Joanne began her real estate career in Prince George in 1988. Having purchased and sold many of her own properties in Prince George, Joanne has an intimate understanding of the needs of our clients. Ooleesia, a proud Inuk was born and raised in Iqaluit, Nunavut and calls Prince George home since 1997. Iqaluit is located in the Everett mountains rising from the Koojesse Inlet, an inlet of Frobisher Bay, on the southeast part of Baffin Island. Average monthly temperatures are below freezing for eight months of the year. Iqaluit is the only Canadian capital city not to have traffic signals! Ooleesia spends her free time enjoying her young daughter, Kylee, as well as cooking, reading, writing and photography. The Inuk name Ooleesia, means "protector" and Ooleesia is certainly that in her role as the Roger Kollner Real Estate Team office administrator. Ooleesia is responsible for each Real Estate transaction file, following through from conception to completion with care and fine detail. Ooleesia's busy work day includes interacting with our Clients, Conveyancers, Mortgage Officers, Media Representatives, Inspection Providers and the vast network of Realtors. As well, Ooleesia efficiently carries out the day to day operation of our office systems and the Seller's and Buyer's procedures, with viewing appointments and subsequent feedback from viewings a top priority. Ooleesia's past adminstrative studies and her several years of experience within the Real Estate industry is an asset to our team. Ooleesia takes pride in her position within the Roger Kollner Real Estate Team. Ooleesia's sincere commitment to excellent Customer service is consistently reflected in our Client's satisfaction.
